Take two pens, and sign the leases in the morning. That could be Joseph Yadgarov’s motto. He recently negotiated a lease for North Shore-LIJ Health System for a 6,000-square-foot medical condominium unit owned by the Simone Healthcare Development Group on the Upper East Side. He and Paul Wexler, who hired Mr. Yadgarov as an administrator when he was a college student, were the lone brokers in the 10-year deal.
