Take two pens, and sign the leases in the morning. That could be Joseph Yadgarov’s motto. He recently negotiated a lease for North Shore-LIJ Health System for a 6,000-square-foot medical condominium unit owned by the Simone Healthcare Development Group on the Upper East Side. He and Paul Wexler, who hired Mr. Yadgarov as an administrator when he was a college student, were the lone brokers in the 10-year deal.

The Wexler Healthcare Properties Team at The Corcoran Group announced that 20 East 46th Street, a midtown commercial building, is 100 percent occupied.

The OB/GYN practice headed by Laura Schiller, MD, Caitlin Fiss, MD and Catherine Goodstein, MD, signed a long-term lease with renewal options. The Wexler Healthcare Properties Team, led by Paul Wexler, at the Corcoran Group serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
